2024 Pod Leads
We will be creating a distribution list of Pod Leads to assist in the communication process this year. If you are planning to lead a pod, please take a minute to complete this super quick form: https://forms.gle/ExD5PYAV1E6VVifK7
Pod leads play an important role at Soft Landing by assisting in camp layout / design, helping to streamline communication, mediating conflict with the pod, and creating continuity across our camp. For more information on being a Pod Lead, please reach out via email!
Now Recruiting for Build Week
Are you interested in joining build crew this year? Sign up for build and you can arrive on playa early, beat the crowds, make friends in camp, and, most importantly, lay the foundation for the magic that is Soft Landing. Plus, build week shifts count towards your camp shifts. Why not get them out of the way early?

Gear Sort / Trailer Transfer
We need volunteers! Are you able to contribute your time (and possibly artistic skills) to help improve Soft Landing's trailer?
Every year, Soft Landing volunteers gather at our camp storage container to sort, organize, record, and replenish camp supplies in preparation for our journey to the playa.
We are tentatively planning for May 17 - 19th in Empire, Nevada. If you are interested, please send us an email at campsoftlanding@gmail.com.
Lodging will be provided. As usual, storage maintenance counts towards your SL shifts.
SL Dates
Apply to join camp: Applications for new campers are open! Remember that with the exception of Zendo volunteers, all new campers must be sponsored by an existing camper. Please direct them to apply here. Make sure any new camper reads camp orientation guidelines here.
